What is laser hair removal?
HOW DOES LASER HAIR REMOVAL WORK?
The diode laser emits a beam of light that precisely targets the hair follicle (the root of the hair). The light energy is converted into heat, which destroys the follicle and prevents the hair from growing back. The treatment is highly precise and does not damage the surrounding tissue.
Before the treatment, the skin is cleansed and the hair is shaved. The laser is then applied to the treated area using short pulses. Thanks to integrated cooling, the procedure is comfortable even on sensitive areas. The entire session takes anywhere from 15 minutes (e.g. upper lip) to two hours (full body), depending on the area.
HOW THE TREATMENT GOES
- The skin is cleansed and the hair in the treated area is shaved – the laser targets the root, not the hair above the skin.
- Short pulses of the diode laser with integrated cooling – comfortable even on sensitive areas such as the upper lip or bikini line.
- Depending on the area, a session takes from 15 minutes (upper lip, chin) to 35 minutes (full legs); a full body takes 2 hours.
- At home: 7–10 days without sun or tanning beds, SPF 50 and hydration. The next session follows in 4–8 weeks; a lasting result takes 4–6 sessions in total.
WHEN WILL YOU SEE RESULTS?
You will see the difference right after the first session. The laser reaches hairs in the growth phase, and because they do not all grow at once, a course of 4–6 treatments 4–8 weeks apart clears one follicle after another. After the course your hair is permanently reduced and an occasional top-up is enough.

Does laser hair removal hurt?
Most clients describe it as a quick flick of a rubber band rather than pain. The handpiece has integrated cooling, so the treatment is manageable even on sensitive areas such as the upper lip, underarms or bikini line.
How many sessions will I need?
You will see a visible difference after the first session. Plan on a course of 4–6 sessions 4–8 weeks apart: the laser reaches hairs in the growth phase and they take turns, which is why it is repeated. After the course an occasional top-up is enough.
How long does one session take?
Depending on the area, from 15 minutes (upper lip, chin) through 20 minutes (underarms, bikini) and 35 minutes (full legs) up to 2 hours (full body).
