HOW DOES LASER HAIR REMOVAL WORK?
The diode laser emits a beam of light that precisely targets the hair follicle (the root of the hair). The light energy is converted into heat, which destroys the follicle and prevents the hair from growing back. The treatment is highly precise and does not damage the surrounding tissue.
Before the treatment, the skin is cleansed and the hair is shaved. The laser is then applied to the treated area using short pulses. Thanks to integrated cooling, the procedure is comfortable even on sensitive areas. The entire session takes anywhere from a few minutes (e.g. underarms) to up to an hour (e.g. full legs), depending on the area.
WHEN YOU WILL SEE RESULTS
Visible results appear after just one session, but for a permanent effect 4-6 treatments are needed, spaced approximately 4-8 weeks apart. The laser only works on hairs in the active growth phase - which is why repeated sessions are necessary.
